The Mexican Senate adopted a document on Armenian Genocide recognition on February 8 citing the need to protect universal human rights. The embassy of Armenia in Mexico informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The Senate urged the country’s Foreign Affairs Secretariat to support Mexico’s official recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
