On September 27, 2020, a large-scale – unprecedented aggression of the alliance of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Pakistan and Islamic extremist groups of the Middle East against the Republic of Artsakh took place. In the arsenal of the aggressors, in addition to modern deadly and prohibited weapons, there were also all those means and methods that the authorities of the Ottoman Empire, starting from 1894-1923, used against the peoples of the region and citizens of the Ottoman Empire, against Armenians, Greeks and Assyrians…
The Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression and war crime against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Armenia and the Armenian people on September 27, 2020, using international terrorist groups and Israeli-Turkish UAVs, once again proved that this is another war of barbarism against civilization, and that the liberation of the Armenian Highlands, the cradle and the crossroads of civilizations is a historical and vital necessity for the survival of humanity and the further development of civilization.
Concluding observations
This is not a complete list of crimes against humanity and against Armenians committed by successive governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan over the past hundred years.
To all this we add that the calculation of the amount of damage caused to the Armenian people, as well as the assessment and calculation of the total damage caused to the Armenian people and Armenia as a result of other crimes after 1923, has not yet been carried out.
However, the crimes listed above directly indicate the losses that can and should be calculated and thus prepare a full package of the true amount of compensation for damage caused to Armenians and Armenia as a result of the Armenian Genocide.
Another important point as a final word.
The massacre and deportation of Armenians committed in the period 1894 – 1923. constitute genocide according to the UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide him, dated December 9, 1948. The Armenian Genocide is to be condemned in accordance with the UN Convention on the Inapplicability of the Statute of Limitations to War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity, dated November 26, 1968.
There is every reason to assert that the Armenian Genocide continues to this day, and will continue until this crime is condemned and compensation for damage is carried out, and until the Armenians have created the political, legal and national-state firm and unshakable foundations to ensure the realization of their right to life, development and progress.
